Will he quit or will he stay.
I haven't wrote a political post in a while so i have decided to let some steam out, so here goes.
Does anybody else think that Tony Blair saying that he is going to step down as Prime Minister is just a publicity stunt. And do we really want Gordon Brown as our next prime minster. I think if Tony Blair does step down then there should be an elections between all the parties to see who wins, because it doesn't seem fair that Gordon Brown can just come in and become the prime Minister. On a lighter note wouldn't it have been funny if David Blunkett was Prime Minster at least we would have been the first country to have a blind Prime Minster. Lol
Do children grow up better if they have two parents?
I was reading the paper recently and one article really stood out. It was about a 10 year old with an ASBO, making him the youngest person to have one. He drinks, smokes cigarettes and cannabis he also has threatened his mother and grandmother with knifes. His mother said his father works away a lot and she is left to discipline him alone. Is it the mothers fault that her son has turned out to be a nightmare child? is this poor parenting? or could it be down to the fact if, children are only brought up with one parent they do not seem to get the right balance of fun and discipline. As that parent tries to give their child everything they need and want to make up for the fact that they don't have a father or mother around.
